CapeStart MadeAi™ GenAI Platform Wins a Stevie® Award in 2025 International Business Awards® For Second Year in a Row
Newest version of MadeAi™ for content synthesis hailed by judges as “a significant leap in applying Generative AI to the life sciences”
Cambridge, MA, August 25, 2025—CapeStart, an AI solutions and services firm, announced that its CapeStart MadeAi™ GenAI Platform for Life Science Content Synthesis was a winner of a Stevie® Award in The 22nd Annual International Business Awards® today—an award that CapeStart also secured in 2024 with an earlier version of MadeAi. The newest version of MadeAi won a Bronze Stevie in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solution – Healthcare category.
Developed with top 15 pharmaceutical companies, the MadeAi platform and the MadeAi-LR™ software solution for literature review dramatically streamline the synthesis of clinical information. CapeStart was first in the industry to take a platform approach to GenAI, enabling users to stay in a consistent interface as they streamline related tasks. In addition to literature review, these tasks include support for Global Value Dossier (GVD) development, Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs) creation, Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) synthesis, and Quick Research. Enabled by MadeAi’s latest release, life science teams can achieve better-informed internal strategies, more rigorously prepared regulatory submissions, more thoroughly researched publications, and more efficient deployment of their subject matter experts.
Judges called the new MadeAi version “a model of practical GenAI innovation with measurable impact” and “a significant leap in applying Generative AI to the life sciences.” One judge commended the platform’s ability to achieve 90% accuracy in abstract/title screening, >80% in full-text screening, and 60% time savings as “very high for such nuanced and risk-sensitive tasks.”
“We’re honored that for the second year in a row, MadeAi has been recognized among the best of the best GenAI solutions in healthcare,” said Gaugarin Oliver, founder and CEO of CapeStart. “New features in our latest release, such as AI-Aided Review and AI as Reviewer provide even more flexibility and control, facilitating faster content synthesis, and reducing manual workloads without compromising literature review quality.”
